Pivovar Hotel

Had a girls weekend. Very cute and lovely hotel. Haley checked us in and and is super sweet and accommodating. Had a lovely chat with her about life. Rooms are clean and nicely well done. We did the beer spa treatment and loved it. The room was dimly lit well.

This is next to the Silos so didn't have to worry about where to park. Several great eating placed within walking distance. The front desk ladies were so sweet and very friendly. Rooms were so nice and clean. The beds are a little hard, no extra blankets in the rooms. They do not offer breakfast, but they do have a restaurant. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Waco.

I loved my stay here! The location is unbeatable—right next to the Magnolia Silos and walking distance to Waco’s vibrant food scene. Free parking and complimentary coffee, milk, and even a beer add thoughtful touches. The hotel is new, clean, and stylish with a modern industrial design. Spacious rooms, charming details, and a massive shower made the stay extra comfortable. While some mention the nearby train, we barely noticed it. Only heads-up: old-school aircon with no remote—but it wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for contemporary this not the hotel, but it is old world charm! It has large rooms, an abundance of wood. The restaurant was fantastic. We loved the schnitzel and our waitress was a genuine love. Angelina was everything you could want-happy, attentive and just plain cute! It was our anniversary and from the time we walked in we were greeted with "Happy Anniversary " from hostess to waiters.

We loved our stay here! We were in Waco for work and pleasure. We will be going back and this time bringing the rest of our family for a weekend stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The beds were so comfy we didn't want to leave our room. The bathroom was big with all the amenities needed for our stay. Loved that shower and shower head. Great detail went into the decorating of their rooms. Nice details including the lighting. Loved it! You got to give credit where credit due, great job to housekeeping for taking pride in there work and doing it in the spirit of excellence. The hotel was just around the corner from the Magnolia Silos which is where we went for our Easter weekend. Its a short distance to other restaurants but they also have the Pivovar restaurant for dinning with very flavorful food. Yes the train runs nearby but were too busy enjoying our stay to notice. Our experience there was just wonderful! :)

What a nice surprise. Found the hotel online and liked the photos of the rooms. We arrived after a full day of working the Rootstock Wine Festival and the temperature never went above 49 so we were very cold and needed a warm place to recover. Our room was beautiful and my wife loved the hand hammered copper tub. After thawing out we headed to their restaurant and were greeted by our server Dillon. We had received two complimentary tickets for beer so I ordered their Dark Lager. It was the best beer I've ever had. Flavors of chocolate and coffee blew me away. My wife had their lemon drop martini and loved it as well. The wife ordered fish and chips and I ordered their Angus cheeseburger with their beer battered onion rings. Unfortunately my burger was burnt and I could only taste burnt beef. After the third bite I had to stop eating it. I mentioned it to Dillon and he had the manager Morgan come over and she took care of the issue immediately. She had the chef fix another burger and it was cooked perfectly. You can't ask for better service. We ended up getting to know both Dillon and Morgan. Overall it was a very memorable experience and we will definitely be back. Cheers!

Wife and I stopped in for the beer bath experience. Wonderful! Only issue is if you would like a flight and charcuterie you need to schedule your visit when the restaurant is open. We were there early on a Wednesday and the only option was a can of the beer that was brewed in the Pivovar brewery. Beer was excellent! The bath was awsome, relaxing, soothing and left your skin silky smooth, no shower required afterwards.

Hotel Pivovar was exactly to my liking, time stopped, a breath of some earlier times... Classically furnished, a nice change compared to standard hotel rooms. In the room we had a secretary desk similar to the one in my childhood room that I have had since I was eight years old and which was my study desk all my childhood so i went back in time and felt cozy.When making the reservation, the visitors wrote in reviews that the transport railway passes right by the hotel and that several trains during the night interrupted their sleep, some wrote that the railway should not fool us into not making a reservation, because the train does not pass every night at the same time, so we still decided to take the risk. There was no train that night. It didn't pass until noon the next day, and it sounded so sweet. The sound was really not disturbing, even cute. The hotel is located right next to "Siloses" and has a beautiful restaurant and we got two free bears ( their originally brewed we took in cans the next day).There is free parking behind the hotel.Absolutely a magnificent experience for the whole family.We really really enjoyed our stay. There is no breakfast, but that is not necessary because you just go across the street to the Magnolia Market.
